Man vs wild : The Inside story – is all about the crew that films the show. The cameraman and the safety supervisors tell us en face how difficult the shoot is and how they manage following Bear around and film the show. The inside story is all about the grumps and the cheers of the crew of the man vs wild and they share their experiences and their near death experience and yet each time how they manage to bring out the best possible episode. They are survivors too and beside Bear Grylls, they survive the harsh terrain !!

This is more like a recap of situautions where Bear was more than stranded and his methods to make out of such situations successfully. The Season 6 finale , Alaska was an episode to remember where Bear Grylls the host of the reality show Man vs Wild endures the hardship thats in store for him in Alaska. ALaska can be unforgiving at its peak coldness and bear endures them all to finally arrive at the pick up point in one piece. As usual, he finds stuff that are around him and puts them to full use. Finds unusual food sources and shelters and yet there he is finally arriving safe !!!

Ireland , an other wise beautiful and pleasant country proved extremely difficult for Bear. Every trick in the book like scaling mountains, crossing rivers, rappelling down was followed by Bear and to escape the cole he even had to build himself good fire and a rough tatch. The wilderness around was scintillatting but I m not so sure Bear would have taken a breather. The final stunt was river crossing where he inflated a bladder , saved his clothes in them and showed us an interesting technique to save energy !!

The Desert is one terrain that is extreme and is very hard to survive unless and until you know what to expect when and where. Its difficult to find food, and water and the most important tip is to say hydrated when you are lost in a desert. Bear shows some very good survival tricks and techniques like covering your head, travelling and making as much ground as possible at night, using the starts to keep on track and even some very weird food !!

As always Bear survives the desert and shows man is superior in this episode of man vs wild face off !!
